The website and online shop runs 24/7. Let’s be Positive’s office is open Monday-Friday 10:00 to 16:00 and this is when orders are processed, enquiries answered and telephone lines open. If we are busy packing, the answerphone may also be switched on during these times to ensure orders are dispatched on time. Please do leave a message and we will always aim to return your call that same day.

Secure online payment is made using PayPal. A PayPal account is not required as customers can check out as a guest using their debit or credit card.

We wish to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition! Prints will be packed in board back envelopes and larger items will be securely wrapped and packaged either in a padded envelope, jiffy bag or cardboard box.

Let’s be Positive takes care to ensure its products are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Some monitors may display colours differently, so there may be some slight differences, but these should be minimal and customers can feel confident their product will reflect that on our website.

We do often use props for decoration purposes in our images. For example, a print may be shown framed and in a home setting, but it is only the actual print that is included in the sale. This will be stated in the product listing, but please do contact us before placing your order if you require further clarification on exactly what is part of the sale.

Let’s be Positive accepts returns up to 30 days from date of purchase and will pay return postage for any returns made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the return postage will be paid by the customer. Let’s be Positive will issue a full refund within 5 business days of receipt of the undamaged product in its original packaging via the payment method used when purchasing.  Please see our Terms of Sale for further information.

Let’s be Positive will only use the data you provide when placing an order for customer service and delivery purposes. The only third party that may see this data is Royal Mail or the courier service used to deliver your order.

If you have signed up for our newsletter, this data will be not be given to any third party and will only be used to keep you informed of Let’s be Positive’s special offers, new products, free products, blog posts and other relative news. The newsletter will have an unsubscribe option or you can contact us to be removed from the distribution list.

Yes. Under no circumstances may Let’s be Positive’s website, products or images be reproduced or copied in any form without written consent from Let’s be Positive Limited.

All Let’s be Positive prices are in British Pound Sterling.

No. We are not currently VAT registered so VAT will not be added to your purchase.

Let’s be Positive wants to make its customers’ shopping experience as easy as possible, therefore we do not make it compulsory to register with us to make your purchase. However, if you do register, your delivery details will be retained so you do not have enter them again when placing your next order, and you can view your account to see past orders.
