Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Let’s be Positive Limited (hereafter “the Company), either via telephone, in writing or online, the Customer confirms they have read and accepted the Company’s terms as set out in this document.
Payment for orders can be made securely online using PayPal (the Customer does not need to have a PayPal account for this method).
Please note that goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. During this period, the Company will pay for return postage and will issue a full refund within 5 business days of receipt of the undamaged product in its original packaging via the payment method used when purchasing.
The Company accepts returns up to 30 days from date of purchase and will pay return postage for any returns made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the return postage will be paid by the customer. The Company will issue a full refund within 5 business days of receipt of the undamaged product in its original packaging via the payment method used when purchasing.

The Customer should include a copy of their original order where possible, or their name, email address, postal address and telephone number if the order details are not available.
The Company advises customers to obtain proof of postage of any returns as the Company cannot accept any responsibility for any damages or loss which occurs to products being returned whilst in transit.
Product Descriptions and Images
The Company often uses props for decoration purposes in its images. For example, a print may be shown framed and in a home setting, but it is the unframed print that is included in the sale. This will be stated in the product listing, but please do contact us before placing your order if you require further clarification on exactly what is part of the sale.
The Company takes care to ensure its products are photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, some monitors may display colours differently, so there may be some slight differences.
All our prices are in British Pound Sterling.
Validity of Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate. Customers are advised to ensure they have read the most recent terms when making their purchase.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Goods
Please note that Royal Mail does not consider an item missing until a period of 14 days has elapsed. However, if your product has not arrived within 7 days of placing your order, please notify the Company as we do retain proof of postage wherever possible and will always strive to work with Royal Mail or courier company to locate the delayed or missing item.
If any products have been damaged in transit, please take photographs of the damage (including the external box) and inform the Company within 24 hours. Royal Mail and courier companies often require photographic evidence of damaged items for insurance to be valid so this will assist any claim. If the external box is damaged please ask the delivery driver to make a note of this as further evidence if possible.
The Company will not pass on any of the personal customer information or contact details provided when placing an order to any third parties unless the information is required for delivery purposes (for example, to Royal Mail or a courier service).
There is an opportunity to sign up for the Company’s newsletter on the website and also at checkout. This data will not be shared with any third party and will only be used to inform subscribers of the Company’s special offers, free products, new products, and blog updates. Should a customer no longer wish to receive the newsletter there will be an unsubscribe option, or Company can be informed directly if this information is no longer required.
Under no circumstances may the Company’s website, products or images be reproduced or copied in any form without written consent from the Company.
